[Resolved] Vodafone India — Bard outgoing | |||
My complaint is regarding the "Bard my outgoing". About two months ago i port my number from Idea to Vodafone and they provide me 500 MB Free for starting two months as a new customer . So i use the service as they offer me its free for two months . I use 497 MB and then i close my internet use . After two days what happen they bard my outgoing services because they charge me for that 497 MB use of internet and they giving me the reason because off the use of internet services my credit limit exceed about Rs9**9. My credit limit is Rs 9**9 and if my personal uses goes more then this limit then that would be valuable reason but if you close my services because of free services you provide me then its not a way to bard the outgoing . I was making a urgent call and what i see my services is bard because off no valuable reason . It was really very frustrating when you not able to use that thing on time . I port my number because i thought Vodafone is a better service provider but i was wrong . I request you to guys start my service again otherwise i have no option to close my number or port it again . Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
