Vodafone India — Biling issue & irresponsible store staff | |||
Few month ago i get a call from vodafone call center ([protected]-disha roy) they told me, if i take 2 new postpaid connection then vodafone wiill give me a beautiful offer .details given bellow... 1st month rental -175 After 1st month Monthly rental-99. 500 local, 100sms, voda to voda 10paisa& CUG free. I take 2 new postpaid connection ( [protected] & [protected] ). But i am surprised when i got the 2nd month bill because plan was not changed by vodafone. After that i visited to my nearest vodafone store( Bhiringi more, Durgapur -713213) & told everything to Mr. Touseef ( vodafone store Executive) & he submit a complain (complain no -[protected]) after that i called 3 times to Mr.Touseef but i dint get any positive feedback from him. He is a irresponsible store staff. So please do the needful asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
