Vodafone India — bogus download charge of 99 Rs in the name of "d2c ndtv value pk 9" in last 2 bills | |||
I have recieved my mobile postpaid bill today for [protected]. I have a TCS corporate plan. Last month a bogus download charge was added in my bill of 99 Rs. I called 111 and raised a complaint, and was told somebody wud get in touch with me, but nothing happened I paid the bill anyways. This month again I have received a bill and there is a bogus 99 Rs download charge . Now, either post an adjustment of 198 Rs or I will initiate a port out. I have been a postpaid customer of Vodafone since 2005, and have never even defaulted payment even once. Was this information helpful? | |||
