from august 11 2014 I m complaining regularly that my caller tunes service is not working and you people are just deducting the money every time i m really pissed now.. i request for the song ZARURI THA and every time the vodafone caller tune or normal ring is there.. Your senior executive Mr. Jai promised me a refund and a call back after 48hrs and its been 2months i haven't received any call back from him..
