Vodafone India — Calls barred with no information and not resuming the services even after requesting resume. | |||
Hi I am Hemanth Kavuri. I am using Vodafone post paid mobile. Vendor has cancelled the services from yesterday without intimating me. When I called the customer care today in the morning, executive from vodafone has told me that, they services are barred as my bill payment is over due and it has reached the maximum limit. I explained the execute when I made the payment, the amount I paid and the mode of payment. Also told the executive that the next due date for payment has not crossed and I have time till 8th or 10th of June to make the payment for the pending amount. Vodafone executive has also confirmed the same and told that, he has raised the request to resume the services and told it takes around 2 hours to resume the service. Name of the vodafone executive during this call is Rupa. I latter called them after 3 hours and informed them that the services are not resumed. The execute who spoke to me during this call, transferred the call to many irrevelent departments and also kept me on hold for nearly 40 minutes and even then he has not responded and the call got disconnected because of the inactive session for such a long time. I called the customer care again evening on the same day after 3/4 hours (around 7:30 PM) and asked for the status of my request and he said that they need two hours to resume the services. This time the executive from Vodafone who attended my call is Adithya. I told that I am not happy with the response they are giving me from the morning and requested to escalate to the next level. They denied it saying they will resume the services in next two hours time. Around 10:00 PM I called the vodafone customer care and now a person (executive) by name Gowtham addressed the call and asked to wait for two more hours to get the services resumed and when I asked to transfer the call to next level to escalate on this he disconnected the call saying his manager was busy and the manager can't speak to me at this point of time. I again called them around 10:30 and this time an executive whose name is Taagore has attended the call and requested to wait for two more hours and also told that his manager was busy in addressing another escalation. I started calling them from 9:00 AM today and they have not resumed the services till 12:00 AM on 4-June-2015. Could you please help me in getting this issue addressed by the Vodafone team.
