Vodafone India — Change in billing cycle and overbilling | |||||
Change in billing cycle and over billing — My billing cycle have been changed 3 times in last one year, without consent. Plus every time the new bill generated is for full month but billing period is less than full month. Again in april 206 2 bills have been generated - first bill on 5th for full month on 4.4.2016 and second bill on 26th for 5.4.2016 to 25.4.2016. Both bills are for my full monthly rental of rs.666+tax = 762. How can second bill with 19days be for full month rental of rs.666. It seems like vodafone is in financial crunch and wants to make money by overcharging innocent customers. When i complaint the complaint was rejected stating "billing is correct". The complaint number is[protected] registered on 27 may 2016 and closed with horrible response, no solution and over charging. I wish we had class action suits in india, so that all overcharged customers could file a case in court against vodafone in one class action suit. Was this information helpful? | |||||
