Vodafone India — Charge of Rs 100 for SIM replacement when its supposed to be FREE | |||||
I lost my old sim and hence went to the vodafone store in ramamurthy nagar, bangalore to get a replacement SIM. The replacement SIM is supposed to be provided free of cost. However the customer care person charged Rs 100 stating that this amount is for the new SIM and Rs 25 would be refunded. Later he said that MPESA service would be added for 'FREE'. I said I didnt need it even if its free as I have no use for it. He continuously lied saying the SIM cost is Rs 100. He activated MPESA for my New SIM. Finally, he recharged Rs 25 to my number from his number through MPESA. VODAFONE IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY - TRICKING ITS CUSTOMERS. Please help me get my Rs 100 back. I do not want this MPESA service for my phone number. The person has falsely charged me Rs 100 for a SIM replacement. Was this information helpful? | |||||
