Vodafone India — Charged for wrong information given by customer care people | |||
Dear Vodafone Team I am your customer for past 15 years, But i am very unsatisfied with your company for past 2 month Your people called me on 26 April 2015 for change of data plan, i have also agreed to take the plan at that time as that guy promised me that this plan will change with in half hours but that plan didn't change, with the customer care reference i have used the plan for that month Again the the plan is activated at 2 may. your people have charged me for the wrong information that customer care given I have raised a complain your triplicane and TTK branch but still their is no information for my complain.
