Vodafone India — Charged without notice and confirmation

tDear Sir I am using vodafone prepaid service on my mobile number[protected]. My complain is regarding deduction in talktime balance without any notice and cconfirmation On inquiry to vodafone care Center I was told that you had download value added pack of NDTV. but no such sms or any communication approached by vodafone My complain is that even though i am using internet why i m charged for download and if That was value added service then why any communication not done regarding activation. I was charged 2-3 times in a raw . kindly do needful .h
