[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Charging after disconnecting subscription

Hi, I was a Vodafone Postpaid customer and disconnected my data plan in July 2013. I converted my postpaid vioce plan to Rs.99/monthly plan as I was moving to Singapore but still wanted to keep the number. I went to the Goregaon Vodafone store to do the same and was assured that it was done. However, until mid 2014, I was being charged Rs600/month for data plan. I repeatedly get emails saying I have outstanding payment of Rs 2747.35 and when I ask about the breakdown of charges, no one ever responds.
