[Resolved] Vodafone India — Charging Bill for wrong charges | |||
Hi, this is a complaint against vodafone India services. I have been using vodafone postpaid service of vodafone from couple of years now. I have been charged wrongly for international call charges, incorrect downloading charging, and incorrect internet usage charge. This has been happening from past couple of months. I have submitted all the documents with proof that this is amount o[censored]sage i have consumed yet they keep on saying that in their system it is showing that i have used it. everytime the call centre says that we are sorry this will not happen again and very next month it happens again. I also get messages that some of the other services is activated on my number without me being initiating the charged service. On speaking to the vodafone call center they say sorry sir you have activated it so you have to pay the charges. I am fed up of these comapnies incorrectly ripping off consumers money. please look into it. Was this information helpful? | |||
