i had done 3G recharge for using the Internet Pack..but the company is charging the higher rates of 3G while inreturn they are giving 2G service. While calling to the customer care people they arent responding properly. They are giving the same answer everyday that your 3G service is going to be activated in 24 hours but still i didnt get the service. And they are misbehaving too.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Vodafone is cheating the Customer like sending add message through flash messages. If I just click the unfortunately willingly or unknowingly, my account balance is immediately debited some amount that i deducted INR89.
When i called Vodafone Customer & asking for the reason why my balance is deducted without my confirmation giving opportunity for third party application & add deducting balances. They are not ready to give right answer. My first call was cut by the Mr.VASANTH & my second call was forwarded to escalating team Ms.MARIYA who gave me assurance of giving back minimum balance that is INR30 & same immediately refused since i asked for the reason rather sending my full amount again i have called attended Mr.Raman escalation department who rudely replied that we will not bother about anything you can do whatever you can..
This is the way vodafone is cheating us & all Tamilnadu Customers not only Tamilnadu All Indian Customers. Just think since I am being educated i could escalating this message will ensure in future but the case o[censored]neducated is very worst they are cheating.
Please take this case as priority & take some action against vodafone
