Vodafone India — Cheating on calculation of Data Usage. | |||
Phone Number : [protected] Name : Rishabh Kankariya Email : [protected]@gmail.com Converted from prepaid to post paid before three months. I am being charged for what I have not used. For the month of April, before even my bill is generated, I get a message of interim payment due to heavy data usage which is absolutely wrong. Still i made the interim payment because they have barred my services. Next day again get a message of exceeding credit limit and they bar my services saying high Internet usage. When i call up customer care, they say i have used 7gb of data which is next to impossible. My data consumption can be max 1.5-2gb because i hardly browse. All this while my bill is not generated because my billing cycle is 1-31st. Again i had to make an interim payment because they barred my services again. These ambiguous Internet charges are unacceptable. Then why do the company claim to be customer friendly if they love harassing customers and cheat them by charging unnecessarily.
