Sir, Referring to the Subject matter, please find Complaint against Vodafone as below: Request of Closure of Sim via mail is submitted but not granted by Vodafone, don't know why?? Even no conformation via mail also. At Vodafone store, again request is submitted on 21st November, 15. Reconfirmed by Mobile regarding closure also. (Calling from Vodafone was not attended due to circumstances, but I had called them for conformation.) Re Reconfirmed on 30th Nov, 15, executive is taking new Request to prolong the Period of Billing Cycle. This is not acceptable. please find the Summary of calls to Vodafone for Follow Ups in the attachment. Regards, Pratik Parikh

Vodafone has informed to close Account not by Date of First Information given.

But, Vodafone is considering 2nd December, 15 as a Date of Invoice cut off, which is not acceptable.

Please do needful.

Not fully Resolved.

Vodafone is considering 2nd Dec, 15 as cut off date for Settlement of Invoice, which is not as per mail sent for Closure.

This is not acceptable.
