[Resolved] Vodafone India — Company charging Rs 850 complete data plan even though they deactovated data plan by themselves before billing date

I was using 3G plan Rental Rs 850 on my vodafone postpaid number. Yesterday(23rd November) I had purchased Samsung note 4 handset and I got a message from vodafone that I will be recieveing free 2 GB plan for 2 months and it will be activated within 24 hours.
I didn't got any call from vodafone about how it will work.
and today 25th November they deactivated my 850 rental plan and gave me 2 GB data.
When I called Vodafone customer care and asked trhem the representative told me that it is my fault that I didn't read the instructions on box and I have to pay full 850 rental even though there was still 3 GB data remaining unused in my plan.
They are not willing to provide me prorated bill for the data used out of 5 GB plan
If they want they should have given me 2 GB in addition to my existing plan.
This is just a way to charge extra Rs 850 to customer.
since it is a postpaid plan, I won;t be able to do anything and they will charge Rs. 850 in my bill
