[Resolved] Vodafone India — Complaint rearding wrong comittment | |||
Hi Team, Please take a note that I requested vodafone care for a new number in my name on the 14th March'15, and on 15th a customer care executive was at my place to collect the documents required for the same. These people committed me some scheme for 199 rs ( 600 minutes & 600 messages ect). However at the verification call these people changed the scheme committed to me. These people have given me a sim without any number and have collected 250 rs in lieu of it. I did not accepted the scheme and asked for refund, and ever since Vodafone people are harassing me by asking 10 questions everyday and not provided me with the correct solution. I had also visited Voda care centre on jail road, and people were really rude and did not help me saying that on sunday they cannot provide me with any solution. I am a working lady and have no extra time to keep visiting your vodacare everyday. I would like to tell you that I have recommended your Vodafone in my corporate also... and today I am completely disappointed in your customer care services. I hope you would extend me a proper solution and investigate the matter henceforth.
