[Resolved] Vodafone India — Complaint regarding conversion of annual rental plan to Monthly rental Plan | |||
Hi, I am a Vodafone Postpaid user ([protected]). I have been using this from last 4-6 years. I had opted for yearly rental plan under which i am paying my annual rental once in a year. But two months back my plan had been changed from annual rental plan to monthly rental plan without any prior notification to me which is not at all an acceptable thing and i have been getting charged Rs. ~ 900/- from past two months, but i haven't made any call from that number. I spoke to one of your executive named : Mr. Praveen ([protected]). He could not able to resolve the issue properly. Being on maternity leaves, I can't visit Vodafone Store every month. Could you please escalate this issue to the concern authority and convert my plan back to Annual only as soon as possible. I have dropped a mail to nodal officer also. Waiting for reply from them.
