Vodafone India — Couldn't access my Internet | |||
I have activated 1GB 3g plan for one month to [protected]. It's almost more than a week and no one has fixed my issue. Every time when i call customer care they ask me to remove the battery, SIM & Memory Card and then restart my mobile. I have followed the same procedure from every call and nobody has realized what was the exact issue and didn't even fix it till now. This was such a bad experience with vodafone customer care for the first time on my six years of experience. So please someone look into this seriously and do the needfull ASAP.
