Vodafone India — customer care executive talking in a disgusting manner | |||
Sir I called on customer care number at VODAFONE. I told the executive about the balance reducing to zero as I have recharged my number a few days back. He told me that it is zero just because I used Internet. Then I asked him about the balance that was reduced to zero a couple of months back. He said to me that they don't keep the records for that much long period. And then he started TALKING DISGUSTING and did not even listen to me. I said him that I would complain regarding him due to the manner in which he talked to me. But he said CALL ANYWHERE, HE DOES NOT CARES. Was this information helpful? | |||
