Vodafone India — d2c_mazaa_99, videos_sbits_2 - Download charges | |||
In my Jan bill I have been charged Rs.99 for d2c_mazaa_99 download. I spoke with Vodafone customer care and and got waiver. Again in Feb bill I got charged Rs.99 for d2c_mazaa_99 and Rs.49 for videos_sbits_2 download. I dont even know what this mean. I never download crapy videos or anything. This time Customer care rep is not ready to waive the charges and arguing with me. I have two postpaid connection and paying the bill without fail. it starts from Dec, jan, Feb in this month they charged me not only this another charges. i got that 3 month bill only download charges Dec Rs.647 Jan Rs.371 & in Feb Rs. 346 charged me after that without intimation disconnect my connection. Now Vodafone Call me & ask For bill about 1700 Rs bill. Vodafone is Cheater company

I am well educated about how mobile works. I never clicked on any third party link nor download anything.
I got bill for following services which dont even make sense from their names. Executives couldnt explain what I was charged for.

Tried to complain by calling care, but Executives put call on waiting for more than 30 min two times before I disconnected.
When asked to talk with seniors, the call was again put on hold.
