According to TRAI, I gave STOP sms to 1925 to deactivate my internet service. You did not deactivate my internet service, instead u deactivated my internet pack. When I activated it back my balance around 600 mb in my data pack has gone. I lost 600 MB because o[censored].According to TRAI, start or stop is meant for internet usage in main balance & not for data packs.For using data packs, its deemed to be restricted to the specified data volume or the specified period.But u r against the TRAI regln & u r cutting down the data pack & u r looting the data balance.I kindly request u to revert the data balance in my account.Now timebeing i recharged again for my internet usage. Dec 21, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved I was called from vodafone customercare .The problem was explained & now i was given 1GB with validity till Jan.17.Previously i was emailed from [email protected] for this forum to get my complaint resolved quickly. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

same has been done with me also, wen i sent STOP meaasge to 1925 my internet services has been deactivated including my data pack which was more than 1 GB 3g data, lastly i had to send START message to 1925 to get my net activated, after activation my data which was more than 1 gb got lapsed...and i had been explained by customer care to set new data pack...these companies are violation the guidelines of TRAI, According to TRAI, start or stop is meant for internet usage in main balance & not for data packs.For using data packs, it deemed to be restricted to the specified data volume...my mobile no. I have vodafone postpaid number, i faced same thing
They have stopped mine data pack.
All data gone.
And now not getting data in future bill cycle.
I have complained about it, they saying that you have forcefully stopped it, we can't recover it.
