Vodafone India — data card network problem | |||
I had purchased a vodafone dongle on 16th January, 2015 from M/s. Lakshmi Telecom (by authorised vodafone mini store of 2, avenue north, Santoshpur, Kolkata-700075) . The dongle account number is [protected]. I had used the dongle for a single day after purchase and there after I find no network. I have complaint about this to the retailer a several times but in vain. I have even complained on 20th February, 2015 and they inform me that they will resolve the same at my house (address-189/1, Santoshpur Avenue, Kolkata-700075) but they didnt turn up. I called up the customer care and complained about the problem. They say that the same would be resolved within the end of February but still the problem persists. I am a female customer and my husband stays out of station. Its really important to me but your company has harrassed me several times. Take immediate actions within 7 days else refund me the money and take back my dongle, or I would be compelled to take some legal actions.
