Vodafone India — Deactivate - Vodafone no. [protected] -Disgusting services | |||
Hi I had requested to deactivate my vodafone no ([protected]) on 15 july 2014 and got a confirmation mail from vodafone on 19 july 2014 that they will deactivate the same with 7 days. But till now they have not deactivated this no and have been generating unnecessary bills since then. Now they have added that bill to my primary vodafone no. and they say they will de-activate my primary no if the bill is not paid. To add on vodafone guys have been harassing me and my family by visiting at home and calling me at odd hours. Plus when I call them on customer care they keep me waiting for 10-15 mins which is so disgusting. Also i have been complaining of not receiving bills on my email id bcz of which i have been paying late charges from past i dont know how many months. On last conversation vodafone guy told me that you need to visit vodafone store to de-activate the no. My question is why these details were not given me before? Also when you guys have to activate the no you come at the door step but to de-activate you make fool out of the customers and generating unnecessary bills. Now if my primary no will be deactiavted Vodafone has to pay penelty for all and it will be huge problem for them. Thanks, Swati Was this information helpful? | |||
