[Resolved] Vodafone India — Deactivation of 3G with out Informing | |||
Hi all My vodefone number:[protected].I am using 3g plan of 441rs yesterday somebody unexpectly rechareged my number with 2g plan of 17rs then vodefone deactivated my 3g plan of 441rs and activated 17rs plan.I called to the customer care then i shocked myself you deactivated your 3g connection again if you want you have to recharge 441rs then i asked them any body on the planted deactivate a service of 441rs to 17rs.what is this it doesn't make any common sense.i asked them regarding this i want to write a mail but they didnt provide.The are saying their system is perfectly already that means the developers of the system don't have any common sense.If anyone knows the complaints Mai id of vodefone plz let me know . Verified Support Apr 12, 2014 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Hello Narendra Reddy Anumula, Kindly note, as per the relevant team approval again BC449 benefits have been activated and the validity extended for next 28 days. Also, please share with us the best time and an alternate number to contact you with the feedback as 8***0****3 was switched off when we called yesterday.
