Vodafone India — Deactivation:data-plan mobile number:[protected] and Cancel Non-Usage period amount

Hello, I am using Vodafone postpaid connection data plan mobile number [protected]. From 18-Aug-2014 I raised a cancel this connection (requst number[protected]. After that I never used the connection. So that I have not received any bill after that. But last 20 days before I got a call from Vodafone customer case, the asked the bill for last 3+ month. I said to already I raised a cancel request, but not responding. 06-Dec-2014 went to Vodafore store (Nangallore branch) raised deactivation request-[protected]. Need to vanish the amount(Rs. 5614.54) my pay amount. Thanks,
