Vodafone India — Wrongly rental plan given | |||||
Dear sir I am using Vodafone from past 5 months and have recently recd call from retention team. And they said you will have to pay only rs 299 rental for plan and they have given assurance also for this plan. But after plan activation have interacted with customare care and visited nearest Vodafone mini store they said you will have to pay rental rs 399.
