[Resolved] Vodafone India — Deduction of 77 Rs. without confirmation & customer care executive didn't responding | |
Vodafone India yesterday 20th June at 11:45am automatically deducted rs 77 without confirmation on mobile no. [protected]. When I call customer care executive he told me that 'tiny TV' service is activated, When I tell him my concern that I didnt do that. he stop the service immediately and assures that refund of Rs. 77 will be within 24 hours. Then after that I recieved messages of 'Activation' and 'Deactivation' of service simultaneously. Than there is no refund. now I have made total 7 calls to them, they listen and than put my no. on hold and than disconnect regularly. Even they refuse to give me my complaint no. well It is quite distressfull. Whenever mobile balance piled up over the 100 rs they use to do these things regularly. I am feeling cheated by them. Please look at my concern and take consolidate action to make my refund.
