Vodafone India — Deduction of balance and getting bad response from customer care | |||
As from 4th january there is a deduction of 20 rs. but as i did not download any chargable content from play store. but there is redution without my permission. when i called customer care. i talked with Miss Suresh Rani..she just told we cant refund that amount as we are saying you download that than thats it. when i asked her to transfer my call to any senior person, after a long wait she said our all senior executives are busy so you can mail us at our mail id etc.. so i just want my money back, as its not about just 20 rs, its about, if i am not wrong then why should i pay..
