[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Delay in resolving a complaint

Haii., my complaint has been registered in consumer complaints on 12th November, 2013., but till now the problem has not been resolved. May I know how many days it may take to resolve this issue. I don't want to continue with Vodafone company. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible either the result may be positive or negative.

As informed over the call, an amount of Rs.75 was debited from your account on[protected]:18:02 as there was a download done from your end. Hence, the charges are genuine and we cannot process a reversal in this regard.
