I am 5 years old priority customer of Vodafone... I lost my phone on the 9th night... I blocked my phone the very same night... The next day i went to the Rohini Sec - 3, Vodafone care with an FIR i lodged a request to activate my old number with a new sim card... Its almost been 36 hrs and i have been to the store twice with job still not done... I have been calling your Vodafone care executive and have been lodging the complain regularly but to no help...
Its such a mental harassment to be without a no. used for 5 long years... Its been a loss of time and business...
This is not really the way i expected a request to be treated by a premium service provider like you... Your staff at the stores as well as your customer care executives are really incompetent and dont know how to respond to a customer... I really am in a stress because of your lack of seriousness... I expect a written reasoning regarding the delay and your inefficiency...
I expect a compensation against the stress undergone from your end...
