Vodafone India — Downloading Charges | |||
I have 3G plan where Internet usage if free, the company have levied downloading charges in my biills from May 2014 to Dec2014. When I actually saw the bills in December i enquired the company. Upon enquiry the company accepted that it was a mistake on thier part and assured me of the waiver of the downloading charges. The company then waived the charges of the December bill. I have since then been requesting them to waive downloading charges of the other months too. I have regulary been getting calls for payment and every time I raise the matter of the downloading charges I m being told that the waiver has already been done and the person does not bother to listen to what i say and disconnect the line. The company have charged for two download which I have never done. As per my bill they have charged Rs. 99 for d2c_mobc_ganak_ppu and Rs.35 for mbcx_ganaw_w_35.
Also I recd messages that some plan is activated without my permission and for de-activate it I need to send the message on their toll free no.
How can company charge without my permission.
