Vodafone India — Duplicate activation of the data pack | |||||
I wanted to recharge the data pack and went ahead to do it by deducting from the existing balance by navigating through 111 and got an error message stating that there was an error and could not process the request from Vodafone end. Later after about 30 mins I tried by dialing 444 101 and again got an error that the request cannot be processed from Vodafone. After two attempts I gave the plan to activate any data plans and after few mins I got two messages stating that the data pack is activated that the data pack is activated and balance is deducted twice which I dont want. I wanted to activate only once. I called up 198 from the vodafone number regarding the same and raised the complaint and I was told the deduction done extra will be refunded. I have been trying to call 198 from my phone and I get the message that they cant service my request as of now since a week. It looks they have barred my number from raising any complaints with Vodafone. Today I called from my friends number and I was told they cant refunded any money if I wish I can use the data or discard it. I need back the extra amount RS 101 deducted form my main balance and also needs to be compensated for the mental agony faced. Was this information helpful? | |||||
