Vodafone India — exaggerated bill | |||
My number is [protected]. I received a bill of amount 4200rs for the month of June 2014. Vodafone has charged me double for international calling. I barely talked 100 minutes and bill sent to me is of 200mins. Also the daily call minutes are doubled and exaggerated for which i am over charged too. And over the last few months my bill was around 1400rs, which I don't know how. I tried to ignore it that time but now the company is taking the advantage of ignorance. I asked them to not raise my credit limit beyond 1500, but they keep sending me message that my limit has been raised to 4000 and above. I request the consumer forum to look into the matter as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
