[Resolved] Vodafone India — Excess Billing for Mobile No [protected] | |||
For the last two months Jan 15 and Feb 15 my data billing is in excess of 2 GB which is not possible as there is no change in the usage pattern. I find a new plan activated MI_BCAP_750_30d_PROMO_3G without my knowledge from 18th March. Please resolve my issue immediately or I will shift to other service provider for my entire family.
