[Resolved] Vodafone India — Excess charges for internet usage | |||
Dear Vodafone Team, I am using Vodafone since long. I have been complaining you month on month that your billing system has some issue. Every alternate month some or other charges are excess charged. From free calls to Internet usage it is an on going issue. Now I see for last two month bill is correct, but the previous adjustment amount is still adding up to the bill. I do not understand why the same is not being waived. I have sent you number of mails explaining the issue, but your replies are same always it seems robos are replying i.e. without looking into the concern for the sake of replying you reply. I did not use excess internet, I chked at *111# number I had balance few MBs left but still you charged it on bill. Could you answer below two points:- 1. when I use less data, why do not you refund pro rata amount 2. when I pay 3G service data and 80% of time I get 2G services, why so not you charge 2G usage data proportionately.
