[Resolved] Vodafone India — Extreme rude uncivilized behavior by caller from vodafone | |||
I am dr asif baig a practicing dental surgeon, orthodontist and implantologist in chennai using vodafone from the time it came to India my number is [protected] been having this number since 97 right from the time RPG had them. I have a CUG network for my clinic which I have been using since a couple of years. I just got a call from [protected] at 2.42 pm talking in tamil and the lady asks me all details which I replied patiently and most important politely when she told me that she has not received payment for one number for which I introduced myself to her that I am a doctor and that only my office staff would know about the details would get back to her for which she replied that "if you are doctor can you not answer me " in tamil it sounds much more harsh I don't have to have vodafone services to get calls like these and waste my time writing complaint letters but I thought I should let you know the kind of customer services we get, very very annoying.
