[Resolved] Vodafone India — FAKE COMMITMENTS | |||
RESPECTED SIR, IT BEEN A MONTH THIS ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED .. WHATEVER I WROTE TO VODAFONE IS FOLLOWS.. I AM REALLY FRUSTRATED WITH VODAFONE I HAVE CALLED VODAFONE ON EITHER 19TH OR 20 TH OF OCTOBER AND TALKED TO POONAM. I ASKED HER THAT IF I CAN GET AN INTERNET PLAN OF RS 125. SHE TOLD YES THAT PLAN WILL GET ACTIVATED BUT I WILL HAVE TO MARK A MAIL TO CORPRATE. THEN I ASKED FOR A REFERENCE NUMBER FOR CONVERSATION. SHE GAVE ME THIS[protected] NUMBER.. I MARKED A MAIL SAME DAY TO ACTIVATE THAT PLAN. AND I WAS HOPING THAT THIS PLAN WILL GET ACTIVATED THIS TIME.. BUT I GOT A REVERT FROM VODAFONE CORPORATE THAT THIS PLAN IS NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE. YOU CAN CHOOSE ANY OTHER PLAN.. THIS IS THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME SECOND TIME . AS I WAS PROMISED EARLIER THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO GET THIS PLAN (VL+[protected]@98WITH2GB) AGAIN, ONCE I DEACTIVATE IT. SO AS THAT VODAFONE REPRESENTATIVE PROMISED ME. I BELIEVED HIM AND DEACTIVATED THAT PLAN. THAN LATER ON WHEN I REQUEST YOU TO ACTIVATE THAT PLAN I GOT SIO MANY EXCUSES. BUT YOU DID NOT ACTIVATE THAT PLAN. HOWEVER IT WAS NOT MY FAULT IF PEOPLE WORKING FOR VODAFONE ARE PASSING THE WRONG INFORMATION...| BUT STILL I AGREED YOU THAT YES THIS PLAN HAS BEEN WITHDRAWAL FROM THE MARKET. BUT DURING THESE ALL CONVERSATION I WAS GIVEN A SUBSTITUTE FOR THIS PLAN WHICH WAS FOR 125Rs FOR 1 GB. LATER ON WHEN I AGREED FOR THAT PLAN THEN YOU ARE TELLING ME THAT THIS PLAN HAS BEEN WITHDRAWAL AS WELL. THEN A VERY GOOD THING HAPPENED THIS MORNING I WAS FEED UP WITH THIS RESOLUTION. THAN I CALLED VODAFONE 198 AGAIN A LADY (BALWINDER) ANSWERED MY CALL SHE WAS NOT DOING ANYTHING ON CALL APART FROM PUTTING ME ON HOLD. SHE PLACED MY CALL ON HOLD MORE THAN FIVE TIMES. AND DISCONNECTED THE CALL AT THE END. I WAS REALLY ANGRY NOW THAN I CALLED AGAIN AND I ASKED TO TALK TO THE SUPERVISOR ON THE FLOOR. THAN MY CALL WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE SUPERVISOR (MANOJ) I WANTED TO GIVE HIM THIS REFERENCE NUMBER BUT HE WAS NOT LISTENING TO ME, HE WAS KEPT ON SAYING THAT YOUR PLAN CAN NOT BE ACTIVATED. I WANTED TO LET HIM KNOW THAT [SIR I HAVE ALREADY TALKED TO 1 OF YOUR COLLEAGUE SHE GAVE ME A REF NUMBER[protected] PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT THE REFERENCE NUMBER.] BUT THAT GUY WAS NOT READY TO LISTEN AT ALL. I am the loyal customer of vodafone since from last
1.5 years. Last month i got the call from your center and they suggest
me to migrate from prepaid to postpaid. As suggested i migrated and tell
both the executive and representative i need roaming pack with the
connection. Even i got the confirmation call where he repeated the same
that i can get roaming pack with some additional charges.
After i got my bill, I am shocked to see the roaming charges included in
my bill. I complained it to 198 they deny to accept my complaint.
After that i went to Vodafone Center they give me the complaint number
([protected]) and assured me that i got the call from vodafone and
problem would be resolve.
Today i got the message that problem is resolved. Even i didn't get the
call How the complain is closed?
The agency made the Fake commitment.Who is responsible for it?
Am i the culprit?
