Hi, I am Asawari Patankar. My plan is Vodafone.E_Connect_3G_299. Relationship no. 1.3021234 Phone no. [protected] I am charged for Rs.99 against d2c mazaa 99 in March bill.I don't what the hell is this. I am facing this problem for last three months. The bill shows download size of zero kb. I have a got a same bill amount of 149 under the same heading. No clue what the hell it is.

Vodafone charged me Rs. 462/- for VAS. On enquiring, I was told that I had subscribed to weekly packs and a few other packs like d2c mazaa 99, 65 and 35. I know what websites I go to and where I download content from. I am pretty sure I never subscribed to these packs. I was refused a refund too. On searching for it on the internet, I found out many others are facing similar issues. Why is Vodafone being such a jerk? Please help!
