[Resolved] Vodafone India — False ISD calls are billed on my bill | |||
My mother who is 80yrs old uses my number[protected] for mostly incoming. My brother and sister are in US and they call her. She mostly does not call them. She had been billed before and when I complained about wrong ISD calls being billed they reverted back the amount. Now again this has happened with the bill of more than 5000 Rs. The calls they have billed her are not the my brother or my sister's no.s, rather totally unknown number. Called at 3:30 in afternoon which will be night time in US. The bill is totally wrong and fabricated. This is happening third time in Vodafone's case. Kindly look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
