[Resolved] Vodafone India — False ISD Charges | |||
I did not make any ISD call, still my son living in Canada got multiple calls made from my number which resulted into voice mails of over 5 minutes in length. This resulted in reduction of my balance. It is clear that Vodafone uses back office system to look into people's dial list and available balance. If available balance is high, it makes either automated or by appointed people calls to the international number using the phone number to reduce balance as fast as possible. It is a clear case of fraud being carried out by Vodafone. I am not hopeful of any action from Vodafone. So I am switching my service provider. I recommend that all Vodafone subscribers should leave this fraud company. Was this information helpful? | |||
