Vodafone India — Faulty bill | |||
I am using post paid plane of Rs 349/- with free internet plan for three months but from the first bill I am finding that I am receiving bill with internet charges. I always visiting your Kalyan Vodafone Gallery and every time I assured by you that the internet charges will be revert and wave off the internet charges and it will be adjusted in the next bill but I am sorry to say that till this last bill it is as usual, this time I got bill of Rs. 520/- so I again visit the Gallery and again meet with Mr. Vivek (Kalyan customer care executive) and take strong objection that either you rectify my bill or discontinued services but he assured me that this time, I am sending this complaint through my Manager and you need not pay this bill. Now from the July 25, 2016, the Vodafone services had discontinued and daily I am receiving calls to pay the said bill. You are requested that please adjust the internet charges in the bill and refund the balance amount to me and terminate your Vodafone services with immediate effect. Now I am not interested in your service. If it is not done within two days than I am free to lodge complain in consumer form/court Was this information helpful? | |||

Customer care staff RajI shaw is not to give me a specific reason for my wrong deducted. And also loose talk with me and tell him to it will disconnected your call and when I asked him please tell me your team leader name but he not give ma answer
