Vodafone India — Faulty billing and third class service | |||||
I purchased a vodafone wifi R206I and facing a lot of billing problems. Even after making payments my wifi is disconnected and i visited to store a couple of times, but it seems they have turned their ears deaf. Every time i visit the store i stand in the queue for 2 hours and then at my turn they make some changes on the computer and resolve but it is actually not reflecting and even after payments my vodafone connection remains disconnected. I need some guidance to escalate this matter further to higher authorities. Was this information helpful? | |||||
