[Resolved] Vodafone India — Fraud Bill Of 392 | |||
Hello I am an existing customer of vodafone and in the latest bill i have charged an extra amount of RS 392 for some download like Wapvilla app, which was not done by me, even though i'm left with my mobile data. This is the second time i am facing the issue, if it continuous like this then the best way is to switch into another service. As of now i am not ready to pay the extra amount that you charged for the downloaded thing. I want you to re-evaluate the bill and reduce the necessary amount from the bill.
