Hello
I am an existing customer of vodafone and in the latest bill i have charged an extra amount of RS 99 for some download like D2C_NDTV_VALUE app, which was not done by me, even though i'm left with my mobile data.
This is the second time i am facing the issue, if it continuous like this then the best way is to switch into another service.
As of now i am not ready to pay the extra amount that you charged for the downloaded thing.
I want you to re-evaluate the bill and reduce the necessary amount from the bill.
