[Resolved] Vodafone India — Fraudulent activity regarding payment | |||
Dear Sir, This is to bring in to your notice that today around 6 pm bill of my Vodafone no [protected] has been paid directly from my credit card even when my card is not linked and ecs service has not been activated and i have not initiated the payment still the payment has been received by Vodafone . I came to know about this when i received the below mentioned message"We have received pymt of Rs.1844.5 for your number [protected].Your outstanding amount now is Rs.0.Dial *111# (toll free) or 1111(toll free) for Payment, unbilled amnt & Credit limit info." How Vodafone can take payment without my knowledge from my credit card please reply immediately how this fraud has been done. When i Check with my bank HDFC they told me bill was shared by vodafone for payment. Kindly take action against such fraud.
