Vodafone India — Harassed to make payment, which they did not deserve | |||
I use two numbers of Vodafone. The usage of second number is not much and therefore i requested Vodafone multiple times to provide me low rental scheme. For good 2-3 months my request was not processed. I refused to make the payment as Vodafone was not paying heed to my request. Instead of solving the issue, Vodafone decided run warning to debar calls of my primary number. There were no outstanding charges of my primary number. When I inquired about why Vodafone is cutting off service of number for which there is no outstanding amount, the executive had no answer. I had to make the payment which company did not deserve, in order to save the number which had no outstanding charges. This is pure harassment. Till today, I do not have update on whether my second number has been shifted to low rental scheme or not, or whether it will happen at all or not. I received a feedback call sometime back, I raised the same issue and asked why there is no update on when scheme will be applied on my second number.
