[Resolved] Vodafone India — Harassment-Misbehaving by vodafone store staff | |
I am resident of Ropar, Punjab and I am user of vodafone from last 4 years.Suddenly my SIM stopped working.when I approched the vodafone store, they refused to give any information.They dont even listen my problem and asked me to come next day.The next day I had my interview and it was very poor from vofafone behalf.The other day When I asked them reason, even they dont know the reason y mu sim get blocked and charged me for issuing of new sim.They asked me to bring a FIR and harassed me.Is this the way you treat you old customers??
