I am a subscriber under two connection nos; [protected] & [protected]. The first one being since 20/12/2003. Of late i am not getting hard copy bills which is becoming very difficult for me to know the details and also manage the payments by due dates as I am a senior citizen and we don't have the habit of going through the net every now and then to know the things. I am not tech savy either. But I am getting SMSs to go green to save the paper by net statements. This thing is not possible given the present condition of ours. Never the less we are helping the environment in other possible ways wherever things permit. Hence if you continue to insist on e-bills well I have no option but to discontinue our long relationship and migrate to another service provider which please note.
