Wrong information sent by Vodafone. Escalated by writing results into ZERO solution Escalated at nodal results into ZERO solution Escalated at @ Vodafone customer care (harassment care) [protected] – putting calls on hold by promising that transferring and then DISCONNECTING THE CALLS. Visited Vodafone store, 45-mins of discussion, promised that amount will be waived off and I have make the remaining payment and post that my services will be resumed which was NOT DONE. Escalated at @ Vodafone customer care (harassment care) [protected], history repeats itself, putting calls on hold by promising that transferring and then DISCONNECTING THE CALLS. Whole Story I have activated by Vodafone([protected]) 3G plan @ Rs 450 monthly rental in which I can consume 2GB data and post that it is chargeable on 10th Mar and on 27th Mar i have sent SMS on 111 to check the used data and received notification from Vodafone that 316 MB has been consumed till 27th Mar (attachment is the screenshot from phone) and post this consumed I have consumed 1220 MB, So total usage is 1536 MB. This is less than 2 GB. I have written on vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com, saying that because I have received a wrong information from Vodafone and post that I consumed data and this should be reversed and I received call from retention and officer said that Rs 700/- can be waived and I said repeat the same thing that based on your information I have consumed and if you are providing the wrong information and for that I should NOT be penalized, then officer said that then you should go to Vodafone store in that case. On 23rd Apr my outgoing services has been barred and when I called on Vodafone customer care (harassment care) [protected], 1st CCE after listening to my issue put my call on hold and then disconnected the call 2nd CCE did the same thing and 3rd CCE (Bhanupriya) 4th CCE (Deepak) repeats the same practice. I have spoken on their nodal number and outcome is same. On 25th Apr I walk-in to their Vodafone store – Faridabad, where after 45-mins of discussion I was assured that my Rs 975 will be waived off against ticket number – [protected] and when I asked that when my service will be resumed, I was told to pay the rest amount after the waiver and your services will be resumed and I did the payment of Rs 1000 & then Rs 300. But even after making the payment of Rs 1300 my services was NOT resumed and then I called @ Vodafone customer care (harassment care) [protected], CCE has taken the request and told that services will be resumed in next 2-hour. And in next 10-mins I Received SMS and I was shocked to see that, SMS is showing that my services are unable to restore and to restore my services I have to Rs 9344 (attachment is the screenshot from phone and after this I called again @ Vodafone customer care (harassment care) [protected], and CCE services cannot be resumed till the time payment is not updated and I told him that I was promised by your Vodafone store that services will be resumed post making the rest amount payment and he said in that case you have to wait till waiver amount is revered back in my Vodafone account which is 3-days (28th Apr).
