[Resolved] Vodafone India — Harrassment by Customer Service Representative | |||
I made an online recharge for 1GB 3G Internet on my prepaid number [protected] yesterday, as I have done multiple times in the past. I clicked 'buy now' on the mobile Internet page and paid via credit card. Today, I find that the plan had not been activated, but rather I had been given some vodafone to vodafone minutes, which I don't need. Furthermore, thinking that my plan had been activated, I used 3G and ~Rs 200 were deducted from my prepaid balance in one day! When I asked vodafone, the customer service representative was rather patronizing and rude. When I asked that this is not the plan I ordered from the website, she suggested that I forget about the issue and told me to just use the vodafone to vodafone minutes instead, in a very patronizing manner, as if she had more important things to do. She also suggested that I don't know how to recharge online and I had made a mistake in the recharge process. She also refused to let me speak to a senior representative. The call was made today at 1:29 PM from [protected], and the customer service representative refused to tell her name clearly when asked.
